Dr Elta Boshard is the ReciproCoach Regional Rep for South Africa.

When Elta first experienced the benefits of coaching 21 years ago (whilst undergoing train-the-trainer for "Coaching for Sales Growth" at 3M) she realised that she would never want stop adding to her skills set and theoretical learning. As an experiential learning 'addict' she continued to feed her curiosity. In 2009 she came across ReciproCoach via the Coaching Commons! Elta immediately realised that this is the forum where coaches can further their experiential learning in a cost effective way.

She decided that she wanted to make it her mission to introduce her fellow coaches in South Africa to this caring and sharing community.

Elta's always been committed to supervision and completed her PhD in 2003 about reflective teams - especially for human service providers working as Social Workers in the field of Child Abuse - as a restorative and supportive approach to supervision.
